主講嘉賓簡介

田皓文，會計學 & 管理學雙博士，畢業于香港城市大學與西安交通大學，中國注冊會計師。現任西北工業大學管理學院會計系副教授、碩士生導師。主要研究方向：機構投資者、信息披露、公司治理、供應鍊治理、CSR或ESG等。在Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Journal of Business Ethics, Energy Economics, 會計研究等國内外知名SSCI/CSSCI 期刊發表論文十餘篇，其中第一或通訊作者 8 篇，FT50 期刊 2 篇，ABS3 期刊 6 篇。擔任Journal of Business Ethics (FT50), International Journal of Operations and Production Management (ABS 4), Economics Letters、International Review of Financial Analysis (ABS3)等多個SSCI期刊匿名審稿人。

講座主要内容

Using a Chinese sample ranging from 2015-2020 based on a DiD design, we find that medium-term lending facilities (MLF) collateral expansion leads to an increase in corporate environmental information disclosure. This relationship is more pronounced for non-state-owned enterprises, for firms with heightened financing constraints, firms in less transparent information environments, firms in high-energy and high-polluting industries, and for regions with stringent environmental regulation enforcement. The results remain unchanged after a battery of robustness checks, including parallel trend analysis, placebo test, alternative dependent variables and fixed effects. As the global economy continues to grapple with the dual challenges of economic growth and environmental sustainability, this study can offer valuable insights into the potential of monetary policy as a tool for promoting green corporate practices.
