    王嘯天,心理學博士,畢業于華東師範大學心理與認知科學學院,江南大學商學院講師。主要研究領域為組織行為和人力資源管理,包括員工主動性、領導力、社會認知等。近年來在British Journal of Management、Journal of Organizational Behavior、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology、International Journal of Human Resource Management、Human Performance、心理學報等國内外期刊發表論文十餘篇。擔任Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology、Management and Organization Review等期刊匿名審稿人,2024 Asia Academy of Management Conference(AAOM)審稿人。
